We are seeking an organized and efficient Laundry Assistant Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this role, you will support the Laundry Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a smooth workflow in our laundry facility.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in managing daily laundry operations and staff scheduling
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Supervise and train laundry attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure proper operation and maintenance of laundry equipment
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Implement and enforce health and safety regulations in the laundry facility
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with other departments to meet the laundry needs of the organization
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare reports on laundry operations, productivity, and quality metrics
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Fill in for the Laundry Manager in their absence<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 2-3 years of experience in laundry operations or hospitality industry
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Previous supervisory experience preferred
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficiency in operating and maintaining various laundry equipment
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong knowledge of laundry processes and textile care
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong customer service orientation
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and laundry management software
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiarity with health and safety regulations in laundry operations
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus<\/span><\/p>\n
