Riyadh, Saudi Arabia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\ud83d\udce2 We\u2019re Hiring: <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Storekeeper<\/span> | <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Citiscape \u2013 Abunayyan Holding<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Riyadh<\/p>\n<p><strong>Department:<\/strong>\u00a0Supply Chain \u2013 Warehouse<\/p>\n<p><strong>Industry:<\/strong>\u00a0Construction<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:<\/strong>\u00a03\u20135 Years<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd27 <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">About the Role<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized\u00a0<strong>Warehouse Keeper<\/strong>\u00a0to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving and issuing of materials, and support procurement and project teams.<\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will maintain proper stock management, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely document processing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\uddf0 <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Core Duties<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive and issue materials at the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect delivery notes and convert them into GRNs.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the warehouse manager and PM of damaged materials.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper placement, racking, and handling of materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Additional Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as custodian of all warehouse materials.<\/li>\n<li>Support procurement with shipping and receiving at the site store.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely GRN creation in SAP and coordinate with procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch required documents to head office.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain delivery note records and submit weekly logs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Documentation &amp; System Management<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure documents are updated, properly filed, and easily accessible.<\/li>\n<li>Review and verify documents in the Open Text system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>PM Operations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with PM for approvals of delivery notes and inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Convert approved documents into GRNs promptly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udd1d <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Work Contacts<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Internal:<\/strong>\u00a0Procurement Department<\/li>\n<li><strong>External:<\/strong>\u00a0Vendors &amp;
