The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in guest service, team supervision, and restaurant floor coordination, ensuring top-quality service aligned with brand standards. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and involves active collaboration with service, kitchen, and operations departments.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and manage daily floor operations, ensuring efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Lead and mentor service teams to uphold consistent service quality across shifts<\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and order execution<\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to service protocols<\/li>\n<li>Support shift openings\/closings, scheduling, and team allocations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular service training and contribute to ongoing performance evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure dining environment cleanliness, ambience, and readiness at all times<\/li>\n<li>Prepare service reports and provide feedback to management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h6 p20t m20t bt\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Job Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in front-of-house operations, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership and team management skills in high-volume or premium dining settings<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of service etiquette, customer care, and restaurant workflows<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with POS systems and shift reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Presentable, disciplined, and guest-oriented personality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Job Summary: A well-established and growing restaurant group in Dubai is hiring three highly experienced Floor Managers to lead the front-of-house operations at different branches.
