About the Job<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Team Leader to join Jumeirah The Red Sea.<\/p>\n

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.<\/li>\n
  • Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.<\/li>\n
  • Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.<\/li>\n
  • About You<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Hold High School Diploma or similar.<\/li>\n
    • Bring 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrate experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone.<\/li>\n
    • Be proficient in English.<\/li>\n
    • Possess basic computer knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
