The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving revenue, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding market share across consumer electronics, tech accessories, and retail distribution channels.<\/p>\n<p>Develop and execute sales strategies for retail and technology product lines to achieve revenue and profitability targets.<\/p>\n<p>Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to ensure consistent performance and customer engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and partners in Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and potential growth channels.<\/p>\n<p>Oversee key account management, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure strong market presence.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams for seamless product launches and customer support.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans for senior management.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h6 p20t m20t bt\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Skills<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Minimum\u00a0<b>12-15 years of sales experience in Qatar<\/b>\u00a0within retail and\/or technology products.<\/p>\n<p>Proven success in managing large accounts and achieving high sales targets.<\/p>\n<p>Strong understanding of Qatar\u2019s retail landscape, distribution networks, and market dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>Experience with consumer electronics, tech gadgets, smart devices, or related retail products is highly preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).<\/p>\n<p>Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced\u00a0Senior Sales Manager\u00a0to lead and grow our retail and technology products division in the Qatar market.
