Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and timely transportation of family members to various destinations, including appointments and social events, while adhering to traffic regulations.
  • Maintain the vehicle in immaculate condition through regular cleaning, routine maintenance checks, and timely reporting of any mechanical issues.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and delays, utilizing GPS and traffic apps to enhance travel time and comfort.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times, especially for elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Manage and schedule vehicle servicing and repairs, liaising with mechanics and service centers to ensure the vehicle remains in peak condition.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding family matters, ensuring a trustworthy and respectful relationship with passengers.
  • Monitor and manage fuel levels and expenses, keeping accurate records of travel-related costs for reimbursement or budgeting purposes.
  • Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage or personal items, ensuring care is taken to prevent damage.
  • Stay updated on local traffic laws, vehicle safety standards, and emergency protocols to enhance safety and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with family members regarding travel itineraries, changes in plans, and any potential delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a private or family setting, showcasing reliability and expertise.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record, demonstrating a commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Proficiency in local navigation and GPS software, enabling efficient route planning and travel management.
  • Ability to speak fluent English, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse family needs.
  • Physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading luggage, maintaining a high level of energy for long hours of driving.
