We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join Housekeeping team.

You will play a key role in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and comfort whilst respecting the privacy and preferences of all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, tidy, and organise all rooms and shared spaces according to established procedures and best practices
- Change bed linens and towels, make beds with precision, and ensure all rooms and private areas are well-presented at all times.
- Dust, polish, and vacuum floors, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures, maintaining immaculate standards throughout the property.
- Restock bathrooms, kitchens, and service areas with towels, amenities, cleaning supplies essentials as required.
- Assist with organising wardrobes, storage areas, and personal belongings as directed, maintaining respect for organisation systems and confidentiality.
- Identify any maintenance issues or damage and report promptly to the appropriate team member or supervisor.
- Uphold strict hygiene standards, ensuring all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or room attendant positions within a hotel, luxury residence, or similar environment preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and modern housekeeping equipment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise tasks and work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Clear and respectful communication skills, including the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
