Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage appointments and meeting schedules
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
