Job Description

Constance Moofushi, a luxurious island resort in the Maldives, is seeking a friendly and efficient F&B Attendant to join our exceptional team.

As an F&B Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our discerning guests in our restaurants, bars, and other food service areas.

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all dining areas
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining spaces for various events
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanour
• Strong communication abilities in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Basic maths skills for handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Keen attention to detail
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hospitality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification (desirable)
• Knowledge of international cuisines and beverages (preferred)
• Understanding of dietary requirements and common food allergies
• Willingness to work in a remote island resort setting
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
