Job Summary:

A well-established and growing restaurant group in Dubai is hiring three highly experienced Floor Managers to lead the front-of-house operations at different branches. The ideal candidates will bring a strong background in guest service, team supervision, and restaurant floor coordination, ensuring top-quality service aligned with brand standards. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and involves active collaboration with service, kitchen, and operations departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily floor operations, ensuring efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and mentor service teams to uphold consistent service quality across shifts
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and order execution
  • Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to service protocols
  • Support shift openings/closings, scheduling, and team allocations
  • Conduct regular service training and contribute to ongoing performance evaluations
  • Ensure dining environment cleanliness, ambience, and readiness at all times
  • Prepare service reports and provide feedback to management

Skills

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in front-of-house operations, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in high-volume or premium dining settings
  • Strong understanding of service etiquette, customer care, and restaurant workflows
  • Familiarity with POS systems and shift reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Presentable, disciplined, and guest-oriented personality
