- Manage and oversee all aspects of the car wash operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow by coordinating and scheduling staff.
- Train and supervise car wash attendants to ensure quality service and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of car wash equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Track and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve car wash operations.
