Roles & Responsibilities
ยท Performing any combination of the following duties in Bakery production & display
ยท Maintenance & Hygiene of Bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
ยท Timely production of quality products as per the production cycle and plan
ยท Ability to operate the Bakery equipment
ยท Customer interaction and satisfaction
ยท Ensuring the continuous availability of the range & escalating any production-related issues to the Baker.
ยท Ensure minimum wastage of raw materials during production
ยท Effectively understand, describe, and execute recipes
ยท Adhering to the FIFO method & the freshness of products
Desired Candidate Profile
ยท Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in Bakery/Pastry production
ยท Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of Arabic/ Hindi is an advantage
ยท Bakery & Pastry craft course is an added advantage
ยท Strong understanding of hygiene standards & quality standards of the products for sale
ยท Basic knowledge of Bakery ingredients
