Job Description

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Ensure all items are stored properly, labeled correctly, and organized according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using the inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Purchasing Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store at all times.
• Coordinate with purchasing and finance departments for invoices and delivery documentation.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) method to minimize wastage and expiry.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; a diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry in Saudi Arabia..
