Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our teachers in providing a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

The ideal candidate will assist with classroom management, help students with their learning tasks, and ensure that the classroom runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist teachers in preparing instructional materials and activities.
✅ Help students individually or in small groups with assignments, projects, and classroom activities.
✅ Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
✅ Help manage classroom behavior and ensure students are following school rules.
✅ Support students with special needs or learning difficulties, as directed by the teacher.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
✅ Assist with administrative tasks, such as grading papers and maintaining records.
✅ Supervise students during breaks, lunchtime, and other non-classroom activities.
✅ Help prepare and set up classroom resources for lessons.
✅ Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development.

Requirements:
🎓 Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in education is a plus).
📌 Experience: Previous experience working with children or in a classroom setting is preferred.
💡 Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well in a team.
📜 Other: A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
