Description

We are looking for a Freelance Sourcer to help us find candidates for our call center. Your main job will be to generate leads by posting on social media and other platforms. This is a flexible, remote role for someone who is proactive and creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Posting: Share job ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Generation: Find and attract candidates interested in call center jobs.
• Explore Channels: Use job boards, WhatsApp groups, and other online platforms to reach candidates.
• Candidate Outreach: Contact potential candidates to confirm interest and suitability.
• Tracking: Add candidates accordingly to the ATS.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably for call center jobs.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them for hiring.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic.
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Own your own device (laptop)
• Stable internet connection
