Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outdoor Sales Executive (Female preferred) to join our growing team in the drinking water production and distribution sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outdoor fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Promote and sell packaged drinking water to households, offices, retailers, and commercial establishments
  • Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely deliveries in coordination with logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and payments
  • Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and services

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum education: 12th Grade pass; Graduates preferred
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in outdoor sales. Freshers can also apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable with field/outdoor work
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Ability to use a smartphone or basic mobile apps for order entry and tracking
