We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy EdTech Specialist to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Arabic & English), deeply familiar with modern educational technologies, and able to bridge the worlds of teaching, learning, and technology. This role involves working closely with schools, educators, and administrators to design, implement, and support innovative digital learning experiences powered by our product IUME/Learn.

IUME is a US-based company with a subsidiary in Qatar, IUME works closely with ministries, schools, universities and educators to transform education where the focus is on learning and elevating students’ academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators and administrators to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
• Design and implement AI-powered educational experiences, including prompt engineering for personalized learning.
• Train teachers and staff on using IUME/Learn.
• Support the alignment of digital learning content with curriculum standards (British, Qatari, American, or IB).
• Create new curriculums that meets school needs.
• Assist in developing and curating engaging digital learning micro-learning content.
• Manage school or institutional accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, support, and ongoing relationship management.
• Contribute to EdTech project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Provide bilingual (Arabic-English) support and documentation for users and partners.

Skills

Qualifications (Must-have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMSs).
• Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI prompting for education or generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in both Arabic and English.
• Background in one or more of the following curriculums: British, Qatari, American, or International Baccalaureate (IB).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project and account management capabilities.
• Experience with bilingual (Arabic-English) educational contexts.
• Experience in digital content creation (videos, micro-learning content, or interactive content) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-have)

• Experience conducting teacher training or workshops.
• Understanding of competency-based or micro-learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of educational AI platforms or EdTech startups is an advantage.
