Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in the facility.
This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas, including common spaces, offices, restrooms, and other designated areas, are kept in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, chairs, windows, and other furniture.
- Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal in designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure they are hygienic at all times.
- Handle deep cleaning tasks as required (e.g., window washing, carpet shampooing, etc.).
- Stock & Supplies Management:
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks.
- Report any hazards, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Customer Service & Professionalism:
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with facility occupants or visitors.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or special cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Work efficiently and complete tasks according to daily cleaning schedules and priorities.
- Additional Tasks:
- Assist in setting up rooms or areas for events or meetings as needed.
- Handle any other cleaning duties assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or facility manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services (preferably in a facility management, hotel, or commercial setting).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.
Educational Requirements:
- No formal education required, but basic literacy skills are preferred.
- Prior training or certification in cleaning practices is a plus.
Work Hours:
Full-time, 12-hour shifts (with 1-hour break), 6 days a week.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 1400 QAR (Accommodation and transportation provided by the company).
- Additional benefits as per company policy.

Pay: QAR1,200.00 – QAR1,400.00 per month
