Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guests needs are met.
  • Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English language, Arabic language is preferred as well.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
