What you will do
- Greet guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening the hotel door and welcoming them to the hotel. Assist guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want car parked. Give verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot. Open hotel doors for all guests.
- Act as an ambassador by professionally representing the Four Seasons brand.
- Assist and support guest services and front office departments whenever needed.
- Escort guest to reception and introduce him/her by name to the receptionist.
- Assure the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars.
- Providing guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hail taxis as needed.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints, assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.
- Greet all guests passing through the Front Door and offer them assistance.
- Offer anticipatory/intuitive service always thinking ahead to act on the guests’ future needs/opportunities. Make every effort to meet the guest’s requests or offer a suitable alternative.
What you bring

- One to two years’ experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service
- Louisiana Driver’s License required
