Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Schedule spa appointments and maintain an up-to-date reservation system.
- Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded.
- Explain spa services, products, promotions, and packages to guests.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, including billing and payment processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and relaxation zones.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless service flow.
- Upsell spa products and retail merchandise.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the spa.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
