Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule spa appointments and maintain an up-to-date reservation system.
  • Ensure guest profiles and preferences are accurately recorded.
  • Explain spa services, products, promotions, and packages to guests.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs, including billing and payment processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and relaxation zones.
  • Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure a seamless service flow.
  • Upsell spa products and retail merchandise.
  • Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures of the spa.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
