Roles and responsibilities

As a Packing Helper, you will play avital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of ourwarehouse.

You will be responsible for packing and preparing ordersfor shipment in a timely manner, ensuring that all products areproperly packaged and meet quality standards.

Your attention todetail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will becrucial to the success of ourteam.

Responsibilities

Pack andprepare orders for shipping, ensuring that all items are packagedsecurely and accurately.

Verify and inspect incoming andoutgoing shipments, checking for damage ordefects.

Organize and maintain inventory in thewarehouse, ensuring that all products are properly labeled andstored in designated areas.

Assist with loading andunloading trucks, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipmentas necessary.

Collaborate with team members to meet dailyproduction goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Followall safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and cleanworking environment.

Perform other duties as assigned bythe supervisor.

Packing and Labeling:

Pack items securely and neatly toensure they are protected during transportation orstorage.

Label packages accurately with relevantinformation such as contents, weight, anddestination.

Material Handling:

Assistin organizing and preparing packing materials, such as boxes,tapes, and protective padding.

Ensure proper usage ofmaterials to minimize waste.

Loading and Unloading:

Help in loading packed goods ontotrucks, containers, or storage areas.

Assist in unloadingincoming shipments and organizing items.

Inspection andQuality Control:

Check items for damage ordefects before packing.

Ensure the correct quantity andquality of items being packed match the orderrequirements.

Desiredcandidate profile

High schooldiploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similarrole preferred, but not required.

Ability to lift andcarry heavy items, up to [insert weight]pounds.

Excellent organizational skills and attention todetail.

Strong communication and teamworkskills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andmeet deadlines.

Basic computer skills and familiaritywith warehouse management systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
