Key Responsibilities:

Transport Duties:

Operate assigned vehicle safely and responsibly to transport goods or passengers.

Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or navigation tools.

Ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform routine checks on vehicle (fuel, oil, tire pressure, lights).

Report maintenance needs and ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable.

Keep records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and fuel usage.

Documentation:

Maintain delivery logs, invoices, or passenger records.

Obtain signatures or confirmations upon delivery or drop-off.

Customer Interaction:
Communicate clearly and courteously with clients or recipients.

Assist with loading/unloading goods if required.

Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle (e.g., Class C, B, or A for commercial).

Clean driving record.

Minimum of 1–3 years of driving experience (depending on the role).

Good knowledge of traffic laws and navigation.
