We are seeking a polished, client-focused Sales Representative to join our boutique team in Dubai.
As the face of Armarium, you will provide a personalized and memorable experience for every client, guiding them through our collections and helping them find the perfect piece for every occasion.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fine jewellery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and knowledgeable approach
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our collections and communicate the value and story behind each piece
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and returning clients
- Drive sales by identifying client needs and offering tailored recommendations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining boutique appearance
- Represent the brand at events and private client appointments as needed

Skills
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation
- Fluent in English; Arabic and/or additional languages are a plus
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury lifestyle
