About the location:
– Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors.
The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

The Role of Restaurant Chef :
– We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Res t a u rant Chef to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team!
– Reporting into the Exec Sous Chef your r es ponsibilities will include selection , talent management and development of our culinary team, planning and developing menus, food costs, banquet events, hygiene and sanitation, effective planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions, policy making and inventory control, and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.
Requirements:
Our Ideal Restaurant Chef candidate will have:
– Will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of culinary standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
You should have a wealth of culinary experience in luxury resorts, a desire to focus on the development of our team and a creative flair, bringing your personal touch and energy to all our food and beverage experiences .
– Additionally, you will be a passionate and motivated leader with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen, an eye for detail, a passion for service, and a desire to promote a continuous learning environment that creates an atmosphere for professional development opportunities.
Previous pre-opening experience is essential.
– Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
