Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a background in pest control or operations and maintenance.
This role involves promoting and selling our pest control services and operational maintenance solutions, building lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the pest control and operations/maintenance sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the pest control and operations maintenance services offered, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a strong referral network.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments of client needs and provide tailored service recommendations.
- Negotiations & Closing: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Gender: Male or Female
- Nationality: Saudies are prefered but expats are encouraged to apply
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in a sales role within the pest control and operations & maintenance industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pest control treatments, operational services, or maintenance solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage customers.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and closing deals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for client visits.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
