Job Description

our role will focus on the sales of conference tickets over the phone.

This is a full-time position requiring you to work Monday to Friday (6:00am to 3:00pm).

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

To contact existing and new clients (lists provided) from blue-chip companies and present benefits of our events, and secure their participation as delegates (attendees)

To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with clients

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients

Handling general enquiries via telephone and email

Maintaining and updating client data on our internal CRM
