Client Service Ambassador

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement

Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions and assistance

Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely manner

Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality service and resolving any concerns effectively

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients

Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships

Knowledge of CRM systems and basic computer skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
